Stayed here with group of 8 family members for 1 night. Great location, good breakfast buffet, authentic rooms and decor. Staff were helpful and we were able to leave our bags after check out. Very happy with our stay.

I loved that this hotel was right on the Grand Canal. We had a room with a view and it was great. The area was quiet even with the Vaporetta stop right in front of the hotel, which is a bonus. So easy to get to and to get the Alilaguna back to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful with dining choices around the city. We were able to walk to all the attractions.
I will say the carpet in our room appeared old and worn. The bathroom was adequate but a little cramped as there were toilet paper stands in the small space.
But overall for a wonderful, comfortable stay I do recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay. The management was so helpful. We needed transfers from the cruise dock to the hotel and from the from thotel to the airport. They coordinated everything for us. Our room was spacious and lovely with an updated bathroom. We will definitely stay there if we get back to Venice. The bakery on the ground floor is yummy! They also serve sandwiches, pasta, and drinks.

"The hotel is quite new and very modern and clean and in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from Juliets House. Room was spacious and bright and bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a lot of wonderful options. Great place in Verona."
