"We had a lovely stay in the apartment, which is located on the edge of Isla, but well in walking distance of the center and beaches. "Rober and his wife are very kind and supportive and gave us a lot of hints for locations to visit. The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. We enjoyed to drink a fresh lemon from the garden and sit in front of the house, looking at the splendid mountain panorama in front of us. "The house in Ancillo is cosy and comfortable. It is located in a generally quiet and rural area. A very nice feature is the proximity to the sea and marisma! The house has all the necessary amenities for a family, even for a longer stay of a couple of weeks. An exception is the lack of Wifi, something one would expect in a house at this price level. "Very nice garden with an amazing view over Laredo beach and Santoña. The beach in Laredo is very nice and family friendly, it can be reached by car in around 15min (during high season). Comfortable house with everything in order and decorated with many personal souvenirs. The host was available to assist any requests concerning the house. "Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...
