"I was surprised to see there was no kettle with complimentary teabags in the room, which I’d expect in a 4 star hotel. Having stayed in other 4 star hotels in Spain, Italy and Switzerland recently, where there were teabags and a kettle, I was disappointed after arriving late at night and not being able make myself a drink.

"Dated interior and overpriced for what it is. Paid $250 EUR and was assigned an interior facing room with windows that faced the public corridor / elevator waiting area. Should have been half the price. Worse hotel of the trip in the price range across Madrid, San Sebastian, and Santander. Would recommend looking elsewhere."
