"great walkable area, very close to green line and McCormick Place, solder field, lake, excellent. the photos of property are spot on, the property needs better cleaning in all the small areas, the kitchen cabinets, the tub, spider webs in all corners. the place features very basic supplies, old pots and pans, old beds, cheap furniture, they should definitely invest in better living type stuff if they really want it to stand out and be amazing as it should be.."

"Great spot for some friends to get together. Free parking is guaranteed late at night, but difficult to find in the mornings. The street that the property is on has non-permit street parking. CTA red line is a few minutes walking, so we had no issues traveling to our event without driving. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating for some last-minute guest arrangements "
