"Only small item of complaint was that the coffee was subpar, croissants were very good however"

"Front desk receptionist was extremely kind and helpful."

"Perfect stop over after long drive from Calais, love the retro feel it has. Room was big enough for two people and a spaniel. Quiet location too. "The food was terrible. Clean and neat room. Hot no fan."

"Very helpful English speaking staff. Good location, all the main champagne houses are walking distance (we did do 20k steps visiting the Cathedral, Lanson, Veuve Clique & Taittinger). Good simple buffet breakfast. Would use again if we ever go back to Reims."

"Hôtel très agréable"

"Great stop over hotel to continue exploring the region or onward journey. Big plus is secure and gated car park."
