    The Lake House, it’s the perfect choice for those who want to stay comfortably close to both the exhibition center and the wonderful Lake of Como.

    🏠 The Lake House Cernobbio is a beautiful bright and cozy three-room apartment, recently renovated and carefully designed.

    The apartment features:

    👨‍👩‍👧‍👧​ Designed to comfortably host up to four guests, the apartment is perfect for both short and long stays. Each guest will receive a set of towels and a welcome kit.

    🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, including plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, an induction stovetop, a microwave, a traditional oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine for clothes and an iron (and iron board).

    🚿​ The bathroom includes a large shower, a WC, a bidet and an hairdryer.

    🛋️​ The living area provides a warm and inviting space, featuring a large sofa, a Samsung Smart TV with Disney+ access and free Wi-Fi for all the family.

    💻​ In the doble bedroom, we have set aside a small smart-working space.

    🫧 ​ After every stay, the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

    🚪​ Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the first floor of the building (there’s no elevator). The property is easily accessible from the shared courtyard via a private pedestrian gate directly facing on the road Via Cinque Giornate, offering both convenience and independence.
    The apartment has open exposure on three sides, ensuring privacy and exclusivity.

    🤗 We will personally take care of your check-in and check-out. If you will prefer, together, we will organize the unloading of your luggage and assist with parking in nearby spaces.
    We are always available for our guests, both via chat and in person, as we, the owners/hosts, we live in the next door apartment.

    ⏰ To ensure we can welcome you in the best way possible, let us know your expected arrival time.

    🪪 Upon arrival, for registration purposes and in compliance with local regulations, we will kindly request the identification documents or passports of all guests.
    A short-term rental agreement will also need to be signed prior to check-in.

    ☑️ There is a large, safe and modern parking lot just a short walk from the house, available for only €4 per day. Free street parking (white lines) is also available nearby.
    Alternatively, paid street parking (blue lines) is available right outside the house and becomes free every during the night from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
    If needed, only by making an advance request, you can drive into the shared courtyard for loading and unloading your luggage. Afterward, we’ll assist you in parking your car outside.

    ☑️ We reserve to inspect the apartment after check-out and initiate damage claims, if necessary.

    ☑️ Smoking inside the apartment 🚭 is strictly prohibited, as are parties and events.

    ☑️ Pets are not allowed.

    ☑️ A local / tourist tax of €3 per person per night (for guests over 14 years old, for the first 7 nights) must be paid in cash upon arrival.

    ☑️ According to regional regulations (Lombardia), heating is available from October 15th to April 15th with a maximum temperature of 20°C, and failure to comply may result in fines of up to € 3,000.

    ☑️ On the bathroom terrace you will find all the containers for separate waste collection.
    Please use these containers and leave the apartment free of any rubbish (it is very important to leave the apartment free of any rubbish). Thanks for your cooperation!

    ☑️ Before leaving the apartment, kindly wash any used glasses, cutlery, and dishes in the dishwasher; we will take care of putting them away afterwards. The dishwasher detergent can be found under the kitchen sink.
