The place was very clean, many restaurants options around! The area was safe and quite! There is a market close to it in case you want to make some grocery shopping! I loved the stay! "Milano Suites was fantastic. Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need. Close to everything, including eating and shopping. Management are easily contactable and went above and beyond when we arrived as we did not know where to go and a lovely young man came to assist us. I highly recommend Milano suites and we will definitely re book when we come back to Milan. Thank you."

"Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!"

"Checkin process was daunting, a time consuming. I do not understand their requirement for all accounts personal data. Other than that, the room as ok but our view from the window was obstructed by construction scaffolding."

"So bad communication and slow respond, the place is too small for tall people, only small towels were provided (face towels), no microwave, no heating, I have concerns about safety since I found something in the bathroom could be a camera!!!!! Not recommended at any price and for any reason "

Great night’s stay in Milan

"We were only in Milan for one night but the Hotel Berna was in the perfect location to reach the sights in the city. The room was very comfortable. We had an early departure leaving before breakfast but the hotel made us up a breakfast bag which was great!"

"5th floor terrace was great - comfortable outside seating with appropriate adjustable shade. It's "a walk" from the city centre, but not a problem. Tricolore stop on the Metro straight to the Airport. Good breakfast options, though rather disorganised with how it operates (staffing, seating, coffee). Bar closes before midnight which was a slight disappointment. Fast lifts. Good aircon. Comfortable bed. Would consider staying here again."
