"Every morning between 8 AM to 11 AM it would be very noisy, either guests or staff would be in the hallways, talking very loud. Many times, families with their kids would be in the hall, laughing and being loud. They would quite literally just stand there in a group and talk for an hour. Loud enough to where it wakes you up. Hotel itself is very clean and staff is very helpful. "

"Beautiful hotel, not the usual chain experience. Every CM was Incredibly clean and fresh. We had a family suite for 1 night, spacious like an apartment with comfortable beds and a fantastic bathroom. Natural earthy aromas float through the hotel to match the decor. the Mrs and kids loved it. Breakfast lovely and fresh. Would not hesitate to go back if we visit Italy again 10/10 flawless in every way, staff very courteous and nothing was too much to ask Best stay we had on our euro trip"
