"Las personas en recepción fueron muy amables. El lugar estuvo muy limpio, el wifi muy bueno. El hostel estaba en un lugar céntrico, de fácil acceso y con muchas tiendas alrededor. "It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "

"Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."
