"This hotel feels like it's straight out of a fairytale. It perfectly captures timeless European elegance. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, the staff are warm and attentive, and the food and wine were exceptional. Nestled among lush greenery just minutes from the city centre, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located for easy day trips to both Lake Como and Milan. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!n."

"The hotel exceeded my expectation. For just more or less £80 a night, you get a very clean and spacious room with high ceiling. Bathroom is amazing with free toiletries, wifi is good, you can charge using type C, this is very helpful since i forgot my adaptor. There’s free water and stuff in the fridge. The property is new and the front yard is beautiful in the morning but it’s still under construction. Surely it will be amazing on e it’s done. Staff are welcoming and approachable. Train station is 4mins away, there is lidl nearby and a mall. I highly recommend this and will definitely stay here again if im coming back to Milan anytime soon."

"I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively and stay at some incredible hotels around the world, but I can honestly say that the Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como is the best hotel I’ve ever experienced. The property is absolutely stunning. The setting on Lake Como is breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful, and every corner of the hotel feels peaceful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. I sat looking at the lake on many occasions and I will never forget the peace that I felt. The service is simply exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. Cesar was fantastic, he greeted me on my arrival and immediately I felt very at home. It was like I had known him for a long time. He really was excellent. It was authentic hospitality at its very best. You paid attention to every detail and somehow always seemed to be one step ahead of anything I needed. It’s rare to leave a hotel already thinking about when you can come back, but that’s exactly how I felt. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so memorable. This was an unforgettable experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I wil definitely be back."
