"Overall this hotel was excellent and we would definitely consider staying here again. The check-in process was a bit rocky as the line was long. I asked to store luggage because it was early for room check-in. I got moved to another person who asked for our room number, but we didn't have one as we hadn't yet checked it. So we had to wait longer to speak with someone to see if we can either get a room number or check-in despite it being early. Seems like we should be able to store luggage without a room number or next time I'll be sure to ask if the room is ready before requesting luggage storage. Anyway. We then moved to another person who was very professional and polite, got our room ready, helped answer our questions about getting around the area, and calling for a taxi the next day. The room itself is a bit smaller in terms of walking around space, but it has everything we needed. The bathroom is well stocked and very clean. The shower itself is quite narrow. There are plenty of places to hang towels or other belongings. The desk is very spacious. AC worked great. Lots of mirrors. Plenty of towels and bed was clean and comfy. Location is right infront of the metro, and the metro system was extremely easy to navigate. Tap your credit/debit card to enter, and tap to exit. We used Google maps to get around and it was so convenient having this hotel right by the Metro. The person that called for our taxi this next morning was also very prompt, professional, and friendly."
