"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

"El piso es bonito y está muy cerca del centro de la Città Bassa, pero tiene varias carencias importantes:Es un primero sin ascensor y, al estar a pie de calle, todos los ruidos se escuchan perfectamente: gente que vuelve de fiesta, coches y motos pasando constantemente. "The apartment is perfectly located few steps away from the lake. It is very spacious which was highly appreciated.It had all the comforts you can desire.Laura is a perfect host.Highly recommended!"

"Very nice hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. Room was not huge but had a nice size closet and enough space to accommodate our stuff. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and great quality. Bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower, all bath products were very good quality. Front desk staff were very professional, cordial and provided great service. Breakfast room service was prompt and very good. Parking space was free end very convenient. Location was very convenient for us visiting Monza and for Linate airport. There were many good restaurants a short drive away. Would definitely return and recommend. Thanks."
