The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel was under renovation, and as someone with a fractured foot using crutches and a wheelchair, I was forced to take long detours and climb multiple stairs. The accessibility issues were not clearly communicated before my stay. I documented everything with photos and screenshots and am still awaiting a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel to guests with mobility limitations."
