"Room could do with a better clean, it wasn’t dirty by any means but wasn’t clean to a high level. Curtains were hanging off in the corners. The cable wire on the hairdryer was exposed, but worked fine, in-fact it was a decent hairdryer in comparison to some of the hairdryers you get in hotels. Wasn’t an iron in the room. Plenty of hanging space in wardrobes. Safe was easy enough to use. TV was pointless, it was all Italian language ( I know, I was in Italy!) Small fridge was very appropriate to keep our drinks chilled. We stayed in room 802 and there was a constant bad drainage smell coming from the disabled toilet room. Had to keep all the doors closed to keep the smell out. The location of the hotel was great, literally over the road from the main train station. Only interacted with the staff when checking in and out, they were pleasant and helpful. Overall our stay was ok, we were only there 3 nights and we got it for a decent price so can’t complain."
