"We had an excellent stay at this property. Spacious, beautiful views and attentive host. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very timely with meeting us. Also, there was an issue with one of the A/C units during out stay and the host addressed it immediately! We had to extend a few times waiting on lost travel documents and were accommodated without issue. We would definitely stay here again, as well as other properties that are hosted by Tony. "The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who...

"Owner and manager responded quickly to any issues we had. Construction in area made traveling to and from city, which was only 6 kilometers away, a challenge during rush hour. On the other hand it was much easier traveling west to the beaches as traffic was lighter. Bathroom tub and shower need a thorough cleaning. We enjoyed amenities such as pool, exercise room and golf. Reasonable price."

"This is a 2 floor penthouse. With full ocean views and lots of room big bed rooms large well equipped kitchen living room area. Just needed more time to live here. Could easily stay for a month or more. The location is in the walking district in the heart of Panama City. Due to covid a number of places have not opened back up. But this is a great part of the city to be in."

"We stayed at this beautiful property for only two nights and we all agreed it should have been longer. The patio space between roof top patio and wrap around decks to people watch were a highlight for our kids. The host even left us wine and beer. It was very walkable and Uber friendly. I don’t recommend a car as the roads are very narrow with hardly any parking. Restaurants and shops all near by. The park in front of building was a great green space for kids to run around.
