"View is nice. Pool is nice. The apartment is pretty bare bones. Only sheets to cover yourself at night. Like 5 clothes hangers to share between all the rooms. The air conditioning unit in the living room didn’t cool, but the ones in the rooms could freeze you out. The chairs in the dinning area were pretty beat up. The guys at reception were friendly. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Facial recognition on the elevators was lacking, so I had to get help from security every time I returned from my outings. One night,I waited 21 minutes on the "PB" (lower level) because one of the security men took the only access card to shut down access to the different floors. "

"We enjoyed staying here! It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful.
