"Great hotel and great location right in the middle of Panama City. The staff at check-in was very nice and helpful in explaining the hotel amenities and the area. I was on the 10th floor and I must say the floors did have a strong odor smelled like wet/old carpet. The smell was very powerful that one of my friends who was on the 9th floor had to have her room switched because she couldn’t take the smell, the odor was stronger on certain floors. The breakfast buffet omggg was AMAZING one of the best spreads I’ve seen for a free breakfast buffet. I mean they had everything you could think of and it changed slightly daily. The pool area was great and the staff was amazing our best hostess was James he was the bomb. Pool was clean as well as surrounding areas. The food poolside was amazing as well and the prices were reasonable. The cocktails were hit and miss depending on the bartender but they had a variety of everything. This was a family trip and my kids had a blast."

"Took a few minutes to check in. The lobby looks like a disaster-luggages everywhere in piles. Feels very chaotic. When we were ready to shower at night, there’s no hot water. I called the front desk and found out their water heater was broken. Meanwhile, when we we turned on the shower, water leaked from behind the wall. So within a few seconds, there’s puddles of water on the bathroom floor. We could not shower. This issue was not fixed or addressed before we checked out. Will not stay here again. It’s a lovely hotel, unfortunately poorly maintained and managed. "

"Clean room, staff cleans everything including pool bar seats. Plants are maintained daily. It's a little dated though can really use some upgrades/investment to push it over the 5 star top "

"It’s an old hotel. I’m not impressed of our room. It’s not a garden view but trees and walls. The outdoor pool is very nice. "
