"Lives up to the description and pictures, and then some. An incredibly cool hotel built into the hill, with an excellent restaurant and all the little things done right. The hottub was an awesome reprieve after hiking and the staff very friendly and helpful."

"My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again."

"I wanted to give them 5 stars. The hotel is lovely, clean, and quiet. They also have a great breakfast. However I had one event that was not handled appropriately. My dinner bill was $5 incorrect based on their error. They called my room twice and the next morning demanded I pay the $5. I only had USD, so I paid. And then they subsequently added it to the credit card bill as well… I felt their desire to get the $5 was a bit much and really was not worth getting a lower rating for such a small annoying detail. "

"Gorgeous setting with beautiful views. Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night. We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town. "

"Lovely hotel integrated within buildings previously a large industrial site, creating an interesting juxtaposition between industrial past and current first class hotel. Our room was large with an amazing view of the fiord. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar provided great choices of high quality food and drink. So glad we had the chance to stay here."
