"Staff is excellent, I love how close the hotel is to everything (walkable), love the safety and how there’s someone there at the desk 24/7. My room was decent, looked like the pictures. Breakfast was good and simple, they also had a great variety of snacks and drinks in the room."

"Home was awesome. Great overall. The check in process was not cool. I was literally provided with a registration form at the very last minute. This registration form was a required document of which I had to scramble to complete with all of our family members info pertaining to our passport number and even the license plates of the two vehicle we drove. I manage to work it out given that I was out of my element- no access to a printer. I had to seek a copier center near the hotel of where I was lodging at in the Capital of Guatemala. This process was very stressful and I reviewed my caller logs in my cell and I did not have any calls from the host. I had to ask for her contact number that i could call her and clarify the registration process."

"The room was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place, the dining place was also great, they made some good breakfast. Everything looks new, the showers and bathrooms are great. Also, the beds are really comfortable. Overall, great price for the stay. Also, not too far from Antigua."
