"Great place to stay. Served all our needs. The house was very well equipped with towels, kitchen supplies. There was a KitchenAid mixer, blender, nice pots, and pans, plenty of utensils. Two grills on deck patio furniture. Extra lawn chairs. Nice appliances. Icemaker worked great. More than enough boat docs. We even got a covered one. Property manager lives three doors down. He took really good care of us. Had a few request he took care of them immediately."

"We loved our stay. Only had two issues. There were quite a few bugs in the lower level and we had no dish towels or dish clothes to clean and dry dishes. We had to use our hands or paper towels to wash dishes. "

"This place is wonderful for a family gathering away from all of the craziness and it has everything you will need in preparing dinners and such. I will state that the playground and beach area should not be listed as the playset is old, not safe to use, and there really is no beach area. I am a lake person but will will not want to jump in that lake, it's more for the calming scenery while sipping on your morning coffee which is great on that huge back porch. Nothing fancy, just a place that...

"My family celebrated dual birthdays while on our long weekend vacation and we could not had chosen a better place. The view of the lake was wonderful from the front porch while we sipped coffee every morning together. Our 93 year old mother accompanied us and was able to get around quite nicely on her walker on the main floor. Thank you for a relaxing time on Barkley lake. "

"No shade on deck was a big factor and some small factors that could have been better, like grill was non working, but loved the location and home. "

"The home was very nice however, the garage smelled horrible and that or something inside as well left the house smelling bad in the kitchen/dining/ living room area. Likely prevuous guests caused the odor. Also, the lifejackets had all been left out and laying around on ground, cleaning crew didnt seem to have straightened up outside. Owner responded quickly to messages and not much they could do about smell at that point. Overall it was a nice stay."

"Nice and clean. Very comfortble, outside and inside. If you want to fish, Id suggest bringing your boat. The inlet is shallow and the water was pretty warm. As far as relaxing, peace and quiet, this is the place. Lots of deer in the yard daily plus a barn owl would check in occasionally. . Overall awso.e place!"

"Great house and great location. My mom went antique shopping in downtown Cadiz and my dad caught fish off the dock. The deck was a good place to watch the sunsets and relax. Wonderful trip!"
