"This little house is in a sweet neighborhood. It is clean, with beautiful wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Centrally located for our purposes and a good choice for the price. We ended up not bringing our dog because of weather concerns, but there are good dog walking places in the area. Near shopping and restaurant areas in Mariemont and Madisonville. Driveway and yard could use some work, but yard is fenced and there's a nice deck in back. Thanks, Seth!"
