"The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. The only downside is a fountain view room is an upchange. This is odd because its not very big and won't be something id pay extra to see out my window."

"This is a very beautiful hotel. The room was excellent and all the employees were very accommodating. My sink did not drain and at checkout time the elevator to the garage broke down. The first-floor emergency exit in the stair well is a fire hazard due to blocked with furniture and flag poles."

"Baseboards dirty puke stain on the floor (like it wasn’t cleaned proper not like stained carpet) water damage under windows ripped curtains but over all clean friendly staff great views convenient parking and location was walking distance to everything we had planned"
