Did not have many dealings with staff, but when I did, they were friendly, helpfulX and professional. The room was nice to look at and functional. Lots of drawer space and closet space for clothes and other stuff I brought. And there was a safe in the room for storing valuables.

Hotel Indigo is in the absolute best location for a Guardians game or a Cavaliers game - both venues are right across the street! The hotel is in easy walking distance of restaurants and bars, and a CVS is around the corner. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms have all the necessary products and the rooms are quiet. We stay here whenever we come to Cleveland.

Joanne at front desk was extremely helpful. We were coming in to town for an event, and when I called her about an early check in she put me on a list, explained how parking worked when games and concerts were taking place and got us checked in immediately when we arrived early

Hotel was clean and very convenient for going to Progressive Field for a ballgame. Just a walk across the street. Parking was expensive. They were down to one elevator in the lobby and it was super slow. Hotel room was very nice.
