"We had a delightful time. The Newport Inn is easy to find. Off street parking was a wonderful bonus. Walking distance to many things in Newport. We even walked to Cincinnati twice!! "Jeff and Terri were so super friendly and helpful. They responded very quickly to any message we sent them. There's not a lot of things real close to do, but Newport on the Levee is about a 6 minute walk away. We went to the Reds game and, since we're out of shape, we were pretty tired when we got back to the room. We went to Smale Park by the stadium and it was beautiful. There is a lot of steps though. That explains why we were so tired. Will definetly stay there again if we can."

"I was surprised finding this place. You'd never guess it was here. A decent little studio. The neighborhood is a little sketch (i know the neighborhood from previous experience) but you'd never know you were there while inside the apartment. The only real drawback is the intersection can be quite loud sometimes. This isn't something the owner of the property can't help so i wouldn't hold it against them."

"Perfect place for me and two out of town girlfriends to spend a Girls Weekend together. Especially since I'm a south sider and we were lunching and attending an event in Franklin, but wanted to be downtown. The Carraige House was so awesome...decorated terrific, clean, stocked and a fabulous deck for evening hang outs. It had great parking, easy lock access and we loved the extended check in and check out times. I'm actually headed back to grab my final things and to show my kids the place...

"Wonderful home with all the amenities you could ever want. This was our second time at the "Cozy Bee" for our annual reunion of family scattered all over the country. We used the grill for cook outs and the large round dining table for breakfast and just sitting around visiting. The fire pit was awesome where cold beer and wine was enjoyed! Highly recommend this home! Host is very accessible and responsive to any communication. The kitchen is amazing!"
