"Ac in the rooms wasn't the greatest, and the level of chlorine in the hot tub made your eyes burn, but that is necessary for sheer number of guests. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was great. Would stay again..8/10!"

"Overall, this is a good property. The rooms and public spaces were clean. There is wear and tear with the furniture, but that’s to be expected. The breakfast was general ok, but they were super short staffed, and the egg line as out the door. This was due to having one person running that station. Parking is ample, but the spaces in the garage are very narrow. Expect to pay per day for parking. Access to downtown via walking is fantastic, and recommend upgrading to a river view room. The view is fantastic."

Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island

4/10 Poor

"We stayed here last year and thought it was nice. This time, the check in clerk put us in a room that had problems. When we opened the door, humid air poured out of the room. It smelled like someone had thrown up in there and someone had just recently tried to clean it. We asked for (and received) a different room. I don’t understand why that clerk put us in that room. There were plenty of rooms available. The breakfast was fairly typical. The food quality was institutional grade."

"Awful!! Showed up at 11 at night with two small children just to find hair in the shower, pee on the seat, handle of the sink broken off, water leaving from under the sink, tub would not drain, mini fridge would not work and air was broken. We would have left but were exhausted so we slept, woke up next day and left. Told them about all the issues and now getting charged daily for random fees! And the manager won’t even answer the call or return the call. When we report all the issues that night the front desk said manager ain’t gonna fix it so not sure what to tell you! Oh and by morning the lights were all flickering like an electrical issue. I got my kids out of there quickly. But now they trying to charge extra with no explanation at all."

"So I left my $1,100 CPAP in the hotel room I called them and they said that they had it in their possession and informed me that I needed to purchase a shipping label and they would ship my package so two days later I have still not received my package UPS says they never received my package and canceled my shipping label which now meant my package was no longer insured. I called the hotel to see if maybe they dropped it off at a non-UPS carrier they are no longer accepting my phone calls they are hanging up on me. And so now I have no idea where my package or what happened to it. Horrible communication, Liars not to mention the fact that I saw a roach there and I STILL WASN'T going to leave a bad review because they were nice people."
