"Everything was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Pool was very cloudy. The filter was poor or not working couldn't swim. Front staff was inappropriately dresses with a large chain around the neck with a pad lock. As well as a key looped into his ear ( not a necklace by any means). Did not give an appropriate first impression. Broken items in the room such as the toilet paper holders not being attached to the wall. Mattress were old and sinking."

Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island

10/10 Excellent

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Also pretty quiet. Very close to Kings Island. Did not take advantage of the offered transportation to the park but that would be appreciated in peak season. Conveniently located to both park and interstate. Front desk clerk was very personable and did not make me feel like a total idiot when I accidentally locked my room key in the room. Would definitely stay again when we return later this year."

"This is a very nice Hotel. I was very impressed how nice the whole place looked. I will go back here again. It’s clean , friendly, and easy access to business and restaurants all nearby. Oh it’s really easy to enjoy a day or two at Kings Island amusement park just across the bridge. Let friendly too! Give it a try. I’m glad I did for sure! Nana"

"The hotel overall was very unique and clean. We love the art deco atmosphere! The staff were kind and courteous. The location is prime. We could walk everywhere, we walked to KY & to OTR from this location both in under 25 min. Reds stadium was a 10 min walk. We really enjoyed our stay. The only 2 negatives we encountered was the parking garage has no direct bellhop option. Thankfully we had our sons wagon stroller to cart our luggage back and forth upon arrival and departure. Additionally the bathtub is retrofitted so when we showered the tub would flex under our feet making a loud popping sound."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati NE - Mason

2/10 Terrible

"It took over an hour to check in because it took FIVE rooms to find one that was somewhat clean. I then cleaned and disinfected that room before even allowing my son to sit on the bed. There was a sign on the pool door from the health department saying that the spa was to be closed until further inspections; however, they were allowing people to use it. The pool heater was not working so the pool was not usable without freezing. The breakfast was also out of almost all items an hour before the end of breakfast"
