6/10 Okay

"When checking in I had to put a card down for incidentals (nights were already paid for) but instead of $50 they tried charging me 184. They told us breakfast was 7-10am Sunday and Monday. When we went down for breakfast at 9:40 breakfast was closed. Throughout our two night stay my card kept getting charged by the hotel. When I asked front desk they said they didn’t even have that card on file and don’t know how it would be getting charged multiple times for large amounts. Also, there was a large group of teenage boys banging on doors and running up and down the hall yelling from 12-4 am. There was a security guard there but did absolutely nothing and we were not reimbursed for the sleepless nights. Overall, staff have no idea what is going on it seems and aren’t helpful. The hotel itself is nice."

"The best place I've stayed in a long time. I was there two nights. The breakfast was good and the kickback was also good. The rooms are very clean and smell good. The indoor, outside pool and hot tub were nice after a long day. The staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back."

"The pictures used by the hotel do not reflect what the property actually looks like. The property is in the midst of renovation EVERYWHERE! The room we were given didn’t even have a proper lock on the door. When we checked in, a woman was complaining that someone else walked into her room because they were keyed for the same space. She was in bed in her pajamas!! I wanted to find a new hotel, but due to events in the area that weekend there were no rooms available (AND it was Mother’s Day weekend as well)."

"We were tired after a long day on the road and were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel has free dinner and 3 free adult beverages included with our stay. It was a nice buffet and breakfast also was great. Room was large and clean and staff friendly and grass. Good price for a place right off rt 75. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend."

2/10 Terrible

"Horrible stay. People were actively smoking Marijuana in the hotel and when asked to correct the issue they did nothing but spray air freshener. My kids had headaches from how horrible it smelled. Absolutely disgusting I will never recommend this place. You should be ashamed of how you treat your guests. Especially when we checked out and didn’t stay the night because of how bad it smelled."
