"Floors were always dirty, key stopped working within a few hours of checkin. One of our rooms clearly marked non smoking had a horrendous smoke smell and cleaning staff did nothing about it?? Did they even clean the room??? Will Not go back!!"

"I have stayed at this hotel twice and enjoyed both stays. The rooms are large and it’s a pretty cool, modern ambiance. Beds are comfortable. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. One thing to note is that parking is a bit down the street and across it, and around some seemingly deserted buildings. I would feel nervous as a female parking there at night if I were alone. As long as I have a companion I will gladly stay here for visits to Miami."
