"The person who assisted me during check-in really needs more customer service training. The way I was treated was extremely unpleasant and did not make me feel welcome at all. They should let guests know in advance that the hotel is under construction because we wanted to use the pool and had no idea it wasn’t available. The breakfast and kitchen staff were the best part of our stay."

Absolutely loved my room and the staff was very accommodating to allow a late check-out and late check-in due to travel changes. Will definitely be staying again when I’m in the area.
