Close to shopping , kings island, a lot of places to eat near by. The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. The parking and overall establishment itself was a place I would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was a nice hotel but they over booked so we did not get the room we originally bought and someone had to sleep on the couch. Also price was more at the hotel than what was priced online.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. Our room was dirty and falling apart. The whole trim fell off the wall luckily I was able to pop it back on as I’m sure the hotel has done many times. It was musty. Pillows flat. Bathroom dirty. Pools full of bugs so we move to indoor pool that was full of dirt and hair. I was so disappointed in our stay. We came here specifically for the kids to swim and they wouldn’t even get in that nasty water. There were other families there who warned us before we even got in and I was hoping they were just being dramatic but nope it was THAT BAD. And then no one could rest with pillows so flat we had 3 stacked and it still wasn’t enough. I just wish we didn’t go here because it really ruined our trip. We just wanted a place to swim and relax before and after fireworks and this place wasn’t it.

Our stay was great, we will definitely be back. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower and bath supplies were perfect. The dinner we had at the hotel bar was very good and lots of selections for all kinds of eaters. The breakfast buffet was exorbitantly expensive and the food was overcooked and cold. We did not go back there on our second morning. Fix that buffet, lower the cost, and the stay would be perfect.

Clean . Great beds. Elevator not working . Friendly staff . Loud girls screaming from room 302 past midnight making lots of noise but the parents and not the hotel should have handled it !!!!My parents would have corrected that behavior pronto . Kids were about 12 to 14 and should know better Pool nice wish outdoor open longer as it closed at 9pm . Staff friendly .

The bed was like sleeping on a cement box spring, no complimentary coffee for the guest's at all, breakfast buffet was expensive considering all the restaurants around were much cheaper!!!! I understand the times we are in right now but, over pricing for your guests which obviously we picked one of the better or, ( thought was better) hotels to stay at I thought was a little much. Complimentary coffee could go a long way for your guests it could just show your appreciate for there business ..

When we walked into the hotel there were four employees behind the counter. Every one of them were friendly and my wife and I talked for several minutes with them. Very nice staff!! Our room was very clean. Believe me, we check everything. However for the price, no free breakfast, no microwave in the room, you had to hold the toilet handle down so it would flush all the way and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Not just a little, we had a swimming pool on the bathroom floor. For us, way to expensive for what we got. Toss in free breakfast and a microwave and maybe.
