"there was NO staff. especially front desk staff. They are using a Kiosk which is not a lot of help when I tried to check in I was told that my room wasn't ready and that they were waiting for housekeeping to update the list which they said could take a few hours, But if they would have had frontdesk staff they would have been able to check to see if the rooms were clean. This is not the first time I had problems one day I need an Iron but when I went down to the front desk the person from the Kiosk told the that it would take over 45 mins before someone would be there to help me. Not every good customer service when there is NO one there to help you. Kiosk are not for hotel use where you have someone that might need help. But if you go looking for help it could be awhile before you get help. I am not every using this hotel again."

"They had given up my reservation because my flight was delayed so I was only able to check in at 5:30am and then had to wait to be rebooked. The room I was given was not clean and the bed was not made. The hotel smelled like smoke and mold, and there was an active major water leak. There is also no included breakfast as described."
