We always stay here when we are in Cincinnati for business or pleasure. It's a nice counterpoint to the big business block, hotels and convention centers. The staff are eclectic and interesting, attentive and entertaining. We always enjoy the art installations. The food and cocktails are good. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean.

Staff was fantastic, including the very helpful and solicitous valet attendants and front desk staff. Unfortunately, there was a sewer-like stench throughout the hotel for 2 days/nights of our 3-night stay that made walking through the common areas very unpleasant. Once in the room, the smell was much less apparent. The room, itself, was clean and comfortable; however, it was showing signs of being in need of a refresh. Best features of the room were the comfortable bed and the radiant-heat bathroom floors.
