"Great location if going to MLB or NFL games which all are walking distance. Parking garage has very narrow entrance and exit if driving bigger vehicle. Room bathroom are small but manageable. I will go back next time I’m in Cincinnati 👍"

AC Hotel by Marriott Cincinnati at The Banks

10/10 Excellent

"The property was in an excellent location. The Great American Ballpark was right across the street. The riverfront is just a few steps away and offers a lovely view of the river and a flower garden trail. There’s even fun swings to sit and enjoy. Parking at the hotel is valet only. The valet guys were great! "

"We arrived and checked in quickly. They upgraded our room to have a view of Fountain Square which was nice. The room was clean and the mini fridge was cold. That was a good thing because the ice maker was broken on the 12th floor. We didn’t use the workout room but we DID take advantage of the bar and a HUGE shout out to Dan, the bartender! Super cool, super professional, and has great taste in breakfast joints. He recommended Maplewood Cafe and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Freaking delicious and enough for 2 people! The one issue I had was on our last morning we ran out of toilet paper so I ran down to the lobby to get some more. I stood in line, patiently, while the attendant was helping someone. When it was my turn, she took the flight attendants and pilots that arrived after me and were in line behind me. Fortunately for her there was another staff member and he helped me. He apologized and gave me the to. That was the only issue we had so I’ll still give them a 5 star rating. Warning: the parking garage is terrifying to drive into. Had we been in a car and bigger than it was I’d have hit the wall a few times. Tightest turns I’ve ever seen."

"It’s located right near the stadium that’s why we booked it. It’s walkable which was very nice. It has free breakfast and that was a plus. Valet is mandatory and 48 a day. There’s no where else to park. The street parking is limited to 4 hours. Definitely keep that in mind. It’s right off the highways and the street noise made it hard to sleep. The room was decent and clean. There’s a park next door."

"We found the hotel and our room to be incredibly clean and welcoming. The desk staff at check in were amazing. Kind and on top of everything. The valet staff are working in a small area and are happy to hustle hustle hustle to get you in and out…even in a heat index of 105! I would stay here again…without hesitation."
