Venecia Bed&Breakfast

"Carlos welcomed me at Venecia Bed and Breakfast and I felt very comfortable and at home here--this place has a friendly, colorful, and welcoming atmosphere, with an environment containing everything a tired and hungry pilgrim could need: a kitchen to make coffee or tea, with a fridge to store cold things...My room was comfortable and spacious, with a peaceful view of the surrounding mountains. In the morning, a conveniently-packed pilgrim picnic breakfast awaited me, complete with a friendly note. I deeply enjoyed my stay here and would happily return. Thank you Carlos and staff!"

"My stay at Hotel Triacastela was a beautiful experience, from arrival and meeting wonderful Jessica in reception, through departure the next morning after a tasty and filling breakfast thanks to Angel in the dining room. The hotel itself is located in a peaceful, scenic part of Triacastela, conveniently close to the continuing Camino trail in both directions, as well as only a brief walk to nearby restaurants and sites in this charming village. My room was immaculately clean, filled with character, and very comfortable, with a mountain view and every needed amenity. I felt very welcomed and pampered by the friendly and very helpful staff, and would love to return again. I highly recommend Hotel Triacastela for any weary pilgrim, or any guest passing through this lovely village."

"Spacious room and breakfast was excellent. Also enjoyed dinner at the hotel. Liked the sauna but the pool was too cold - they need to heat it!"

"We were able to reach the host when we arrived around 10:30pm, and gained access to the accommodation via a code. The host arranged airport pickup/taxi for us, which was very helpful."

"Wonderful stay on Camino in private room. Lovely staff checked us in. Room clean and comfortable. Laundry was easy, big areas, connected restaurant nearby, was good.Beautiful location."

"Great location to start the camino. Perfect location close to many restaurants and shops. Right on the route for camino. Great shower, water pressure and hot water. I would definitely stay here again to start the camino."

"Easy access using codes which was nice. Room could have been cleaner…shower head, which is draped over the faucet, had been used as a bidet and let’s just say it must have been right up in there as there was feces on it. Suggest staff cleans that area a bit better."
