"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"The property was clean . In the basement, so no issues of stairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The kitchen was well equipped ( no dishwasher though). The bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The area was pretty central too, easy access to the station through the tram and the metro was pretty close too. Good stay! "

"We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. "Good location to train station and restaurants. The room was charming but tired and worn and the bathroom had moldy ceiling tile and cracked tile grout. Onsite bar was cute and served food at happy hour and there was coffee available in the lobby in the morning."
