"Clean and spacious room with balcony, breakfast ok, staff are friendly "

"Room was kept spotless by conscientious staff. Building itself is an inconspicuous but once inside is quite stunning. It even has a chapel with rosaries and we once walked past when they were saying the rosary. Rooms are basic, but there’s lots of hot water bedroom needed a waste paper basket. beds are very comfortable and I slept well. breakfast is luscious, lots of choice. I’ve never seen so many delectable cakes at breakfast time sadly I really can’t eat cake at breakfast. The hotel has wrapped sweets everywhere and they appear on your breakfast table. Eventually I gave in and ate some. The staff are efficient but not actually warm! There’s plenty of space to sit. It wasn’t very busy when we were there but there was one very loud tourist on her phone and the hotel has a very quiet atmosphere which I felt she ruined. "

"Las habitaciones muy limpias, los empleados muy amables, el unico pequeño problema fue las paredes no estaban bien insuladas y se oia todo de la habitacion vecina y el hotel estaba en remodelacion y un poco de ruido durante el dia, pero era temporada baja y estoy seguro que quedara muy bien."

"Music blasting in the hotel until midnight due to a party. Numerous guests complained, but they refused to turn the sound down. "

"Booked this because it was a Spa Hotel ! They fail to make it clear there is a charge for guests to use the Spa £29 euros for 2 hrs ,and that dogs are welcome ! Was kept awake by crying children and dogs barking ,not a relaxing break at all ! It should all be made clear on websites they use !"

"Excellent stay. Lovely clean large room. Brilliant breakfast. Staff are amazing and when our car wouldn’t start they helped give us a bump start! They went above and beyond with their help! Highly recommend. "

"AMAZING friendly staff. Great location. We had room 406. Room very outdated but ok. The bathroom is very large, however to take a shower you have to step in the tub. The space is VERY small and water sprays everywhere. Water hot in the evening and only warm in the morning. Based on AMAZING staff, basic breakfast and great location and cost effective, I would recommend. They also offer parking within walking distance but it took a few times to drive around to find a spot at 1600. I think any later it would take longer. Again, ALL the staff are AWESOME!!"
