"Host met us upon arrival and showed us the property. Property was spacious, well equipped and appointed for our party of five. The view from the deck is sensational and the surrounding countryside extremely peaceful. Great place to chill out for a few days and would recommend to anyone that enjoys a farmstay. Road to the property is quite steep and narrow, but the view and serenity is well worth it!"

"The kitchen, bathroom and all fixtures of the apoartment are good. The apartment is let down by a number of minor- easy to recify- items.There is no dining table and chairs- you have to eat at breakfast bar with high stools. There are no bedside tables for lamps etc. There is no coffee table,The apartment would be revolutionised if the owners spect Euro 600 on furniture.I would still recommend the apartment, Great location with a great view."

"The cows and their bells when they are around are a dream. The big balcony is top, not only for eating but also for exercising with the yoga math. "I really love this hotel and the breakfast was really good. I got breakfast delivered to my room in the morning for €24 you get quite large portions. When I got scrambled eggs, it was an entire bowl of scrambled eggs! Plus a yogurt, an entire bowl of cut fruit, a cappuccino and 3/4 of a full size baguette. The breakfast downstairs is even better. The hotel is clean and nice and the staff is very attentive. There is coffee and tea in your room with a Nespresso machine. There is also a hot water kettle and a refrigerator. There is a good gelato place just next-door that is also a café with many kinds of drinks and milkshakes. This is literally right in front of the park that leads up to the lake and it was a five minute walk to get to the boats for lake tours etc. It’s also right in the old town so you’re also very close to the historical sites to visit. Lots of restaurants nearby. I recommend Vif. The pets are very comfortable and have nice linens. I think the only downside is my room didn’t have slippers or a robe, but apparently you could ask for them at the front desk, but I didn’t know that. There is a fitness center and a sauna, but I didn’t have time to attend either because I was so busy doing other things. Lobby has free fruit water and granita machine (slushies). This is a great hotel. I will return in the future"

"The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. Also, be prepared to carry your suitcases from the 3rd to the 4th floor, the elevator only goes up to the third floor! Overall, we had a great time in Annecy!"

"Room was good size and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. Air conditioning was ok not cold enough. There was no mini fridge or coffee in the room. The vendor machine sometimes doesn’t work but still charge. They offered free parking and location was great 10 mins drive from central Annecy Lake. I wish we would have stayed longer to explore more."
