"This resort is amazing, the rooms are large and it’s in such a peaceful relaxing location while still close to surrounding towns. We had dinner at The restaurant Osmosi, Michelin star rated, was the most amazing meal. The staff make you feel so welcome. Can’t wait to go back. "

"This place was perfectly adequate in every way. There are; however, train tracks right behind the property. Our toddler loved watching the trains, but it wasn’t exactly quiet. Parking was super easy and there’s a nice grocery store less than a 4”5 minute walk. Convenient to get to the train!"

"We came for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for construction, surrounded by very unattractive bright orange fencing. Neither the hotel’s website nor Expedia mentioned that the pool was closed, so we were very disappointed. However, the property is cute and rustic. "Beautiful villa! Everything was so cozy and inviting. The staff was very attentive and friendly- they went out of their way to accommodate us for breakfast since we were exhausted and slept in. "The property is gorgeous. There is no prettier setting. The food and wine were excellent. We found the service marginal at best. It was not customer centric, and there was much more that couldn’t be done than we have experienced anywhere else. I understand that a “yes” is not always possible, but a mindset that is “can-do” to find solutions is what is helpful. Also, we were flabbergasted that after extremely expensive spa treatments, they charged an additional 100 euros for use of the other spa...

"Beautiful spot in the top of the hill with a fantastic view. You can walk to have an almost 360 degree view of the Tuscany Valley and smell the great collection of roses. Awesome place organized with very nice selection of furniture and modern amenities. The place and the service are really lovely. "
