We had a very relaxing week at the Sheraton. The staff, particularly at breakfast, couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. There was a large choice of food at breakfast, even though the hotel was quiet. There weren't many restaurants near the hotel, so we ended up taking a short taxi ride to Hua Hin. However, there are a couple of places to have a Thai massage within easy walking distance of the hotel. Would have preferred if there were more exercise classes laid on - they only offered Friday to Sunday. Definitely recommend this hotel for guests who want somewhere quiet to relax.

Thank you to the intire team for making our stay so memorable. Your hospitality was outstanding. A special thanks to Mr Ekalak Charnchatchawarn for paying attention to detail during our stayed at the hotel. Despite there were being an Indian Wedding, we enjoyed it and found some peace and quiet. The Kids Club team made my granddaughter's time unforgettable, and I really appreciate it. She was fully engaged there from the beginning to the end. The food and service were fantastic. The Sheraton is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends and we'll definitely be back.

Strange check in experience. I had to pay extra for unknown reason. A while later they called me and gave the money back. I had also ordered half board but only got tickets for 2 people even though we are 3 people in the booking. Might be hotels.com's fault, not sure. The hotel is located in a boring area with not much to do outside the hotel. The markets and other places of interest were surprisingly far away. The hotel itself was great. Loved the breakfast, activities and poolarea.

My first week here has been truly beautiful. From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of relaxation and care. Everything here seems designed to help you slow down, breathe, and feel at ease. But what makes this place truly special is the people. The staff are extraordinary — kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. They seem to sense what you might need even before you ask. Their presence creates an atmosphere where you feel safe, welcomed, and sincerely cared for. I especially love the traditional Thai greeting with the gentle wai gesture. It feels more than just a greeting. There is a quiet respect in it, almost like a small bow that says: we see you, we honor you, we wish you well. Each time it happens, it feels like a small lotus opening — a moment of grace and kindness. Because of this, during my stay I felt not just like a guest, but like someone truly valued and looked after. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a peaceful and beautiful space.
