Right by the beach. I got the cheapest room and was pleasantly surprised that the room was realy spacious including a big balcony with a patio swing, table, pool view and partial ocean view. The staff is very curtious, fast and efficient. I loved the pool, actually three connected pools, one for children, one for swimmers and one with a pool slide. My girlfriend really enjoyed the pony rides on the beach - not included, but readily available and affordable.

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Overall this hotel is very nice and just a hop to the beach (if you can stand the heat). There is a nice small restaurant you can eat at with reasonable prices. Drink prices are just a little on the expensive side. The pool area is very nice with ample seating although very few people seem to sit out int he heat. The main clientele of the hotel seem to be Thai nationals. We did not really see any non Thai nationals. Possibly the only drawback of this hotel is it is in the middle of nowhere. There is absolutely nothing around it at all. The hotel does offer a free shuttle service into the town running twice daily which is free and very useful if you dont have transport.

The staff was courteous. Breakfast buffet had good variety of options. The room I booked, “pool villa beach front”, showed on Expedia the room right in front of the beach. It turns out there is a road between the front of the room and the beach. This is deceiving information and photos which should not be allowed to be on Expedia. Also the pool had a plastic bottle, extremely visible for housekeeping to have spotted it and clean it. A 4 1/2 star hotel should not do this type of deceiving tricks to customers.

I loved my stay at Springfield @Sea. From the moment you enter, you can tell how great your stay will be. The check-in experience went smoothly, and they offered us a nice refreshing tea. There's a sitting area right across from the check-in desks, so large parties can easily wait there. Their rooms are lovely, if anything, a little outdated, but nothing that would make the stay less comfortable.

Einfach perfekt!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, Anlage wird gepflegt, auch der Strand vor dem Hotel ist sauber und wird vom Hotel gepflegt. Ausnahmslos jeder Mitarbeiter ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine wünsche übrig. Das perfekte Hotel, wenn man mit seiner Familie in Ruhe entspannen möchte. Wir kommen wieder!

Een paradijselijk hotel

Een prachtig hotel met alle comfort en een geweldige enorme zwemdok. We hadden een mooie ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. Alles was heel netjes. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Ook het eten in het restaurant was zeer lekker en vers gemaakt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het hotel ligt praktisch aan het strand, een beetje afgelegen van andere etablissementen, maar met een taxi ben je op 10 minuten in Cha-am. Wij komen zeker terug.
