"We liked the location and was within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was older adobe structure which we liked. What we didn’t like was marginally safe electric outlets and main door locks. The outlets were poorly maintained and hung loose. The door locks need to be updated and strengthened. Another item that needs to be addressed is that the property was advertised as an efficiency there was no sink in the “kitchen” area. We had to haul water from the bathroom to wash dishes and...

"Perfect spot for me (quiet, older solo straight male traveler), Original adobe structure with brick floors and custom doors and windows. Lots of windows for beautiful views. Private enough that I never felt the need to close the blinds so theviews were always unobstructed. Mountains, mess, sun rising and setting, moon rising over the mountains and lighting up the interior like daytime. Such a great place, beauty all around."

The in,-room coffee was remarkably good compared to other hotels, but there was no tea for my spouse, who doesn't drink coffee and there was no milk or cream. "My parents, best friend, and I stayed for the night and had the best time cooking together, sitting out by the fire pit. Best part is it’s dog friendly. Beautifully remodeled. The host was very communicative and let us check in early and leave late! Would definitely stay here again! "

"Easy booking, great communication, very flexible & accommodating. Smallish, but everything we needed for a family of 4 (2 young kids) for a quick 4-day ski trip. Close to ski base & lifts. Easy to find & easy access to mail road in-&-out of resort area. My only complaint, such as it is, is the mattresses are too hard. But that is personal preference and not a failure of maintenance. Plenty of towels, pillows & blankets. Overall a solid option & we'd stay here again."

"What a beautiful, peaceful, place to stay! I wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy this space. All comforts are available here and being in an adobe made the trip. This was our first trip to NM and Taos and we would love to come back. I will be hard pressed to find a better location, views and retreat. The bonus was being visited by the owner’s cat late afternoon each day when we got home. I am a cat lover and appreciate her beauty, friendliness and grace."

"Great property only downside was Kureg instead of coffee pot. Well stocked and a lot of little touches not normally found like Q-tips, shaving cream, coffee for Kureg, sweetener and creamer too. Highly recommended!"

"This home was perfect for our family of 5 to come stay for a quick spring break ski trip! We had a 6 month old with us, and the bedroom allowed plenty of space for a pack n play. The other kids were very comfortable on the couch in the living room. The kitchen was plenty of space to cook some simple meals for breakfast and dinner. Would happily stay here again if we ever come back to Angel Fire."
