"A great location. However, property and facilities tired and dated. Electricity, wifi and aircon patchy service and no communication from staff about what was happening. Service was poor and unfriendly - for example for the majority of our stay no one was available on the front desk, and when they were they seemed inconvenienced to have to call taxis/ make reservations etc. Check in was hours late with no apology - we were reluctantly offered a snack which on check out they tried to charge for."

General area fantastic and we had a great few days there In hotel, the breakfast was very basic with no other eating facilities onsite, for example lunch or dinner. We found it strange that there were signs saying that bringing food or drink on site was prohibited, especially when the hotel didn’t sell any and the town is about a 15 minute walk away.
