"Great location and definitely awesome views, but be advised that the reception hours are very limited. We arrived around noon and nobody was there (we had advised them ahead of time but they never got back to us about it), and the lights were off. We left our luggage behind the desk and walked around a bit but had a tour at 3 p.m., and it took three phone calls to get someone to come around that time for the check-in so we could change and freshen up. The breakfast was ok, the bed was really low on the ground (mattress with no edge support), and the shower was as about as big as a locker. Reasonably priced though and close to everything."

"Our other hotel canceled on us and I was able to book a last minute room here. No regrets! Very kind reception at night and tips on where to find free street parking. The room was comfortable with the balcony being the best part. You can see the mountains and tiny monasteries from there if you get a mountain view. Breakfast was delicious..not too many people there in March so it was just us and a couple of other small groups. A couple of staff there in the morning. Delicious cold cuts and toast. 10 ish minutes to the monasteries, depending which ones you want to visit."
