"The receptionists were very rude and they gave us a room that looked completely different from what we had booked. We told them that wasn’t what we had paid for and they belittled us and said there was nothing they could do. On the third day I spoke to the manager because I walked past a room that was being cleaned that looked like the photo we had booked and he finally gave us the room"

"This hotel is a far cry from the luxury and views it suggests. First, the "view" of the Eifel Tower was a sliver through a city scape that could only be seen from an outdoor balcony. "Nested in the very nice 16e arrondissement, this hotel offers kind and helpful staff, a tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms (Paris size though), the Trocadero/Eiffel Tower (view) two blocks away, adjacent metro stations (Boissiere + Trocadero), restaurants galore in the area, even a monoprix two steps away (water or unforseen needs). Highly recommended property."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended near by restaurants Ozio and it was great. Centrally located near the Eiffel Tower. Only a 5 minute walk to Trocadéro and Carette café. The rooms had air conditioning, which it’s a plus."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Padam Hotel. The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth. We had a couple of cancelled flights, which caused us to arrive 2 days late. Mattais felt awful about the flights and even comped us breakfast for our remaining mornings. This was amazing! The room was clean and welcoming. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The balcony was great and had a nice view. I would recommend Padam Hotel to anyone looking to visit Paris and we plan on staying again on...
