"Staff is super helpful. I was able to get early check in and late check out. There is a grocery store next door and the hotel is close to the Metro Station. Rooms seem to be newly remodeled and are a decent size for Paris. Drawback is the noise. You can hear people in nearby rooms, bathroom noises, elevator, etc. And since it’s in a courtyard, all the noise travels to the room. Also, you can’t adjust the heat for the room. So you need to open the window and hear all the noise from outside (the courtyard)."

"The rooms are not clean and carpet is very dirty. Seems like 30 years old. Also, they charged more than Expedia price and the receipt they gave me took it back when I asked why the price is higher than Expedia confirmed price. So in overall the experience was not good."

"Staff was fabulous, helpful and attentive. Best breakfast bar of our entire trip to France. Hotel bar was comfortable and the servers were wonderful and attentive. Rooms very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great location within walking distance to many attractions."
