"The location is beautiful; overlooks Lake Ohrid. The room was clean. The hotel itself was in disrepair. Paint peeling off the wall of our room, baseboards missing or damaged. All though they advertised a roof terrace, there was no seating and they were using it to store building supplies. The hotel staff was helpful and polite, however the restaurant staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered to wait on us and their staff was smoking at one of the tables in the restaurant."

"Nice little boutique hotel. Located in the old town with no car access so we had a hard time with our luggage but the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. There is no elevator and there are steep stairs to the room - a bit difficult for adults although we managed in the end. Quiet location, we had a balcony with a view and we really enjoyed it."

WhatsApp upon arrival to let them know you are there (and 24 hours before with time of arrival). Clean, plenty of room. Attention to detail could be better & WiFi wasn’t strong. Hot water, but be quick because it runs out."
