"The staff were efficient and friendly. The doormen and the porters were always eager to help and greet you (shoutout to Mohammed the porter for being excellent). The breakfast buffet were good and had a nice variety. The location was excellent and very central to restaurants and shopping, as well as several tube stations.
The air conditioning left something to be desired and didn’t go down below 21°C the entire time we were there, despite being set to 19°. The rooms are on the smaller side and the shower was cramped (if you are over 6’, you might find it claustrophobic) The gym was small too, with only a few machines. Overall it met our needs and for the price, the location couldn’t be beat."
