"We have just returned from a stay at your hotel My husband and 2 children have had a lovely time Upon arrival we had been upgraded to a suite which was just lovely and really appreciated The room has everything you need Iron, ironing board, towels, shower gels, shampoos, fridge, safe The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we had so much space The location is amazing right next to Warren Street Tube station that literally gets you everywhere to all main attractions we had visited Harry Potter studio tours before our arrival then on to London where we explored Oxford Street and surrounding areas, Camden Market etc We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting you again soon xx"

"From the moment we got to the entance of the hotel we were greeted and also helped with the checking in. Staff are very helpful and we were given the best room and was so spacious. Nothing to fault and cant wait to come back and stay here again very soon. Location is spot on and everything on the door step. The hotel even looked after our luggage after we checked out and I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller."

"We stayed at the Royal Gardens for 5 days. Wonderful breakfast included with your room and great proximity to many places in Kensington . We could walk to Royal Albert Hall, Museums and Kensington Palace. The hotel was right next to Kensington gardens so we enjoyed walking each day. Fabulous staff and great hotel. Highly recommend!!"
