"L'appartement a subi un dégât des eaux, aussi ça cloque de partout et ça sent le moisi. Pour un des 3 pièces les plus chers d'Annecy, c'est surprenant de le mettre en location dans cet état. Concernant la propreté, la douche orange de tartre, les carreaux gris, la crédence sale ainsi que les murs, la brosse des toilettes était marron, y compris son contenant (tout photographié). "Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! Some might consider the bathroom a little small, but we had no complaints. Walking distance to the old town was also a big plus! Would definitely come back again!"
