The owner met us at the ferry dock. She provided us with a motorbike. She was very friendly

Mama Kim hosted us at her place as if we were from the family ! She has such a smiling face and so many nice attention that you forget about the language differences! She cooks as a chef, and her location is just amazing if you want to mingle with local people. We have also been on a fishing excursion organized by her, and it was so authentic. Such a pleasant moment ! I just regret that I couldn't stay longer !!

What an amazing place and people. I stayed here for a week and then an unplanned 12 days more. It was amazing, the smaller village is cozy, traditional and filled with friendly people. I even had a local puppy named Lemon adopt me for my time there. Khanh and his family are spectacular. So nice and willing to help in any way they can. And Khanh’s cooking? Fogetaboutit. Phoenominal. I loved Cham Island and this homestay.

If you want the true experience of Hoi An, this is the place! Uniquely and intentionally built just 2 years ago with no fancy chandeliers, or marble floors, but a minimalists’ dream! In the middle of the rice fields with geese and water buffaloes and no TV’s! Peaceful, except at night, you can hear some bass from music/karaoke from the city. A very pleasant experience! Especially the staff!

This was my.fsvorite hotel stay my entire trip in Vietnam! The location is convenient to walk to old town. The staff were incredible and attentive to your every need. Hotel rooms were pristine clean and a good size. The rooftop pool was an amazing place to watch the sunrise and set. 10/10 recommend staying here if visiting Hoi An or DaNang!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! This gem of a hotel was in the perfect location, had beautiful and pristine clean rooms and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was exceptional. Lee at the front desk went out of her way to help arrange our activities and even let me borrow a nice sun hat because I didn’t have one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it perfect for couples and also families (we were a family of 5). I’ll surely be back here again!

The resort property is very nice. My compliments to the reception staff as they are absolutely excellent. Kind, attentive and highly professional. I was welcomed with great attitudes and smiles. I felt happy upon checking in. There were no issues and they were there to happily help with anything I might want or ask. I received a room upgrade to an ocean view king room and the view was terrific. I highly reccomend a stay at New World Hotel.

The Hoi An Silk Marina is a great hotel for those who want to see the Hoi An Ancient Town but want to stay in an upscale hotel. It does not have beach access, so if you want a beach you should stay in Da Nang at a beachfront hotel. But, the Silk Marina is easy walking distance to the Hoi An Ancient Town and has really nice rooms and a nice pool. The breakfast buffet wasn't as good as some of the hotels we stayed at in Hanoi, but it was good. Our room was really large and had nice facilities. I...

Rooms were cleaned daily and was awesome. Laundry is available by payment. Staff was attentive and helpful. The location is great. Great value for the pricepoint. Plenty of options for breakfast.
