"Comfortable, well supplied, aesthetic, great dining room area for food, games, gathering. Plenty of bathrooms. We xc ski, snow shoe at the pass, also walk to Sargents Refuge or hike or ski there. Then relax at the house with friends."

Quaint little town, there for the Cumbres Toltec train ride. Not much else to do unless you are there for hunting or fishing.
